Week 5 already. The time is disappearing quickly, and the days are blending one into another. It's hard to keep track. I'm still a little too addicted to the news cycle - and Trump! Well what else can you say? It's all wrapped up in that one name.
I hope you're all keeping well and staying safe. Week 5 is starting out like this for me - after Easter, updating with you guys, and learning how to have virtual meetings. Obviously we're getting used to being off - and in some cases running out of things to do! Or shows to watch (not possible for me - I LOVE TV!!!). I just finished The Morning Show and Jack Ryan season 2, plus getting caught up on Cardinal so I know what's going on now.
I'll admit I enjoy all the free time, and being the master of my days, but, productivity-wise, I do much better on a schedule, so I miss my routine. (and my peeps). There are only so many twigs on my property to pick up...
And so, with this in mind, I have decided to create a blog format on the website. The blog replaces the home page at msauveenglish.com. This will allow us to have a different way to be in touch, outside of email, where I can share some not-school-related things to do.
To be clear, you DO NOT need to follow this page. I will be posting weekly themed blogs to give you some ideas on passing the time. These are 100% optional - feel free to ignore them. But if you have good ideas for me, please share! If you do post a comment for me, I have to approve it, so I don't get a bunch of random stuff. Please be patient.
Also, feel free to check out Ms. Bussey's recommendations on her webpage. Share it with other students who may be bored and are looking for things to read, write, or watch.
As always, feel free to get in touch with questions, concerns, or recommendations.
Take care of yourself & get outside (safely),
Ms. Sauvé
